Secondary and K-12 Teaching Areas Model
The Teacher Licensure Program model for the secondary and K-12 teaching areas is below. The four-phase program was implemented to meet Colorado, NCATE, and other reform movements in teacher education. The implementation of the new Performance Based Standards for Colorado Teachers (CDE-2000) are evident throughout the new program design. NOTE: The courses listed apply to the Secondary and K-12 Programs. Courses for Early Childhood Education will vary from this listing.
