Biography: Kevin Milan serves as the Special Operations Captain for the Parker Fire Protection District in Parker, Colorado. As a graduate of the National Fire Academy's Executive Fire Officer Program, he received Outstanding Research Awards for technology in emergency response training in 2005 and 2006. He is a two time recipient of The National Society of Executive Fire Officers Don A. Manno Award of Excellence. With a master's degree in Fire Service Leadership, he maintains a professional educator's license and is an active member of the Jefferson County Incident Management Team. Currently, he serves a President of the Colorado Training Officers Association and a Western U.S. Regional Director of the International Society of Fire Service Instructors and possesses a Chief Fire Officer Designation (CFOD) from the Commission on Professional Credentialing. |
