Biography:

Warren Jones is the Fire Chief and Emergency Manager for the City of Evans, Colorado.  Prior to his service with the City of Evans, he served 27 years with Poudre Fire Authority in Fort Collins, CO. In his over 30 years of fire and emergency services experience, Chief Jones has worked in all areas of the fire service including operations, training, administration, fire prevention and emergency management.  He has extensive ICS experience in many ICS positions and as the incident commander of large fires, hazardous materials incidents and natural disasters.  He is a member of the Eastern Colorado Type III Incident Management Team and is a USFA All Hazard Incident Management Team instructor.

In addition to his teaching with the FESA program, Chief Jones has also authored a number of upper division college courses and research studies.
